SeaWorld and Busch Gardens Offer Savings

Fun Card is Back With New Guest Savings and No Blackout Dates

Orlando, Fla. (Jan. 6, 2003) -- The most successful theme park ticket product - the Fun Card - is back by popular demand, and with no blackout dates. New this year, Fun Card members receive 10 percent off of guest admission tickets, up to six tickets per visit (guests must be accompanied by Fun Card member).

Florida residents can purchase a SeaWorld Orlando or Busch Gardens Tampa Bay Fun Card and enjoy unlimited visits in 2003 to that same park for the price of a single-day admission. The new 2003 Fun Card is available to the general public from Jan. 6 through May 31, 2003 at the parks’ front gates and at AAA Auto Club South locations. Fun Cards can also be purchased online at www.seaworld.com and www.buschgardens.com.

"Fun Card members will receive great value and special benefits in 2003, including no blackout dates and new savings for their guests," said Jim Atchison, SeaWorld Orlando marketing vice president. "With a year full of exciting special events, as well as thrilling shows and attractions, our Fun Card members will find reasons to return to the park again and again, and create memorable experiences with every visit."

"We’re excited to offer such a tremendous entertainment value to the marketplace," added Joseph Couceiro, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay marketing vice president. "The premiere of R.L. Stine’s Haunted Lighthouse in 4-D combined with our exciting line-up of special events from concerts to themed festivals offer Fun Card members non-stop reasons to visit Busch Gardens throughout the year."

With each visit to SeaWorld and Busch Gardens, guests experience exhilarating thrill rides, up-close animal encounters and incredible live entertainment.

At SeaWorld Orlando, guests can interact with a variety of amazing marine animals, challenge Kraken -- the tallest, fastest and only floorless roller coaster in Orlando -- and become immersed in the world of killer whales and sharks as part of two new dining adventures -- "Dine With Shamu" and "Sharks Underwater Grill." In 2003, SeaWorld’s calendar of special events includes Jack Hanna Adventure Weekends, Bud & BBQ Fest, Viva La Musica, Praise Wave, Shamu’s Halloween Spooktacular and A Norman Rockwell Holiday Showcase.

At Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, guests experience adventures with exotic and endangered animals, thrill rides including six world-class roller coasters and live entertainment. New this spring is R.L. Stine’s Haunted Lighthouse, a spooky, 4-D family adventure film. As an added bonus, Fun Card members enjoy access to a variety of Busch Gardens’ daytime events including the Concert Series, Budweiser Food and Beer Festival, exclusive Jack Hanna Animal Adventure Shows plus special savings on Howl-O-Scream tickets.
