Innoventions

Innoventions, split into the two central East and West buildings
of Future World, is like a big, full time, high tech trade show.
Corporate sponsors present hands on exhibits highlighting their latest technologies.
Most of the exhibits are interactive, to one degree or another,
so they can be a lot of fun -- if you can get to them. On crowded
days you may spend more time waiting to try the latest gadget than
it is really worth.
Innoventions displays are constantly changing, so what
was there last week may be gone by your next visit.
If you have a lot of time Innoventions can certainly be interesting,
but, if you're trying to cram Epcot into one day, it is also disposable.
Time can certainly fly in Innoventions, so be sure you don't miss out on one
of Epcot's major attractions by spending it here. If you really want to
see what that new computer can do, visit your local dealer when you get back
home.
Epcot Character Spot. A character greeting area for Mickey and Pals based around a toon version of Innoventions. Lines are often shorter here than at the Magic Kingdom's Toontown Hall of Fame, especially early mornings and late at night. You can look in through the glass windows and see what characters are here and get a look at the length of the line.
Fountain of Nations. Between the two halves of Innoventions is an innocent looking fountain which occasionally erupts into a full sound and dancing waters show. It's fairly small but can be fun to watch, especially at night when lighted.

The Electric Umbrella, for fast, if boring (compared to some other Epcot offerings) food, there's this counter service restaurants featuring burgers, chicken, sandwiches and salads.
If you're thirsty (or overheated) drop in on Coca-Cola's Club Cool, where
you can sample soft drinks from around the world. Coke merchandise is also sold here.

Mouse Gear is Future World's Disney character merchandise shop, a huge place filled with
all sorts of T-shirts, toys, and gadgets. More upscale Disney art and gifts are available at the Art of Disney store.
Where To?
